Welcome to the only gym in Eastbourne that offers accessible exercise with specially adapted equipment for adults aged 18 and above, catering to a wide range of disabilities. Our certified specialist gym instructor is here to support you on your fitness journey.

At the Activate Gym, we provide tailor-made exercise programmes designed to suit your individual needs. You may bring your PA or family member to support you with your work out or have the gym instructor to support you with your session. Either way the Gym instructor is available to keep you on the right track and we are committed to accommodating all your fitness requirements and progress you towards your goals.

We offer Pay As You Go, flexible memberships and private one-to-one sessions to fit your exercise requirements and lifestyle. Join us and experience inclusive fitness in a supportive environment.
