Enriching the lives of adults with complex neurological conditions.

About Chaseley

Chaseley opened its doors in 1946 to support military personnel with spinal and brain injuries from World War II. Inspired by Dr Ludwig Guttmann, a pioneer in neuro and spinal injury rehabilitation, Chaseley remains true to his vision of helping people live full, active lives beyond their disabilities.

Today, as an independent 55-bed nursing home owned and operated by the charitable organisation, The Chaseley Trust, we provide specialised care for individuals over 18 with complex neurological conditions.

Resident Services

Nursing Care

Chaseley is a 55-bed charity-owned nursing home for adults over 18 with complex neurological disabilities, including brain injuries, strokes, and conditions like Multiple Sclerosis. We provide comprehensive care, social activities, and promote independence, following our almost 80-year ethos of empowering individuals to live full lives.

Residents actively plan their rehabilitation with staff to achieve personal goals. Our therapy team assesses needs and creates tailored treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, prevention, or condition management. Experienced staff ensure safety and comfort, guiding residents on their journey toward greater independence.
