Nursing Care

Chaseley prioritises independence through a person-centred approach, offering excellent care for individuals with long-term neurological disabilities while supporting their families during challenging times. We provide both short- and long-term residential and nursing care, with specialised pathways for rehabilitation, strokes, and Acquired Brain injuries.

Working closely with our physiotherapy team, we tailor therapeutic programmes to meet individual needs. By investing in our team we can offer specialised care, including tracheostomy care, Hickman line management, catheter care, and PEG (endoscopic gastrostomy tube) feeding individuals presenting with greater range of complex needs. We also support individuals using C-PAP and Bi-PAP machines daily, making us one of the most specialised complex care homes in the area.

Medical support includes GP assistance Monday to Friday, with on-call GPs available at weekends. To ensure a personalised approach is taken from the start, we conduct an extensive pre-admission assessment. This means that instead of fixed room prices, our weekly fees are based on each individual’s needs, accommodating both private fee-paying residents and those funded by health or social care services.
