Introducing Emma Rich-Spice-Our new CEO

Last week we welcomed our new CEO, Emma Rich-Spice.

As a dedicated professional within care management, Emma has gained a wealth of experience in providing support to residents of varying needs, to enrich their lives.  She is a knowledgeable leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care, and quality of life, for Residents and their families through the promotion of a community-based feel setting.

Emma closely shares Chaseley’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident by ensuring that each and every person in our home is at the heart of everything we do.  She extends this caring approach to her Colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that ensures they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.

She is always keen to include the local community in life at Chaseley and when asked what she enjoys most about her role, Emma remarked:

““For me, kind care is the best care that I would expect every human to receive. Kindness is putting the Resident at the heart of all that we doI love having the privilege of giving our residents the best possible day and if I can make them smile, laugh and feel respected, as well as of taking care of other people’s family members, ensuring that when they come to our home, they enjoy everything about each day as well as keeping people in a safe and secure personalised environment that meet their needs, I have given my best that day.  I am looking forward in supporting the entire Chaseley family to develop the home going forward and to continue to grow the specialist care provided, for us to be the provider of choice.

If you would like to find out more information about The Chaseley Trust, Emma has an ‘Open Door Policy’ and would be pleased to welcome you for an informal discussion.
