Wellbeing Assistant – 3mth fixed term contract

As an Wellbeing Assistant at Chaseley, you’ll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. We want to make sure each individual can pursue the interests they most enjoy and that means you’ll have a real impact on our residents’ lives. The Wellbeing Assistant role involves helping us to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you’ll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.

The successful candidate will assist in the planning, implementation and review of the social care programme and develop rapport to encourage Resident participation and engagement.

We are looking for people with a can do approach and the compassion to deliver a high standard of care.  It is important to develop positive working relationships within our multi-disciplinary team, as well as with our residents and their family and friends who visit.  You will ensure that the confidentiality of our staff and residents is always protected and respect the individuality of each resident and staff member.

This is a three-month fixed term contract. Part time or full time hours would be considered but hours will include some weekend work.
