Registered Nurse – Nights
£34,600 – £44,500 (pro rata) per annum, dependent on experience.
The opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our team on nights. Chaseley’s home environment is a cross between a care home and a hospital, so all staff can develop their skills within a clinical setting. We run high staff to resident ratios to ensure we provide the best levels of care possible. The successful candidate will provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents and maintain professional and clinical standards. They will also assist the Senior Nurses and Unit Managers with the clinical leadership to members of the care team and work alongside our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Teams.
Chaseley is an independent charity-owned care home located in a stunning location on Eastbourne’s seafront. We provide specialist, complex nursing care for adults with a wide range of neurological and physical disabilities such as, spinal injury, Acquired Brain Injury, stroke, loss of limbs and progressive conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone and Parkinson’s Disease.
Chaseley’s quality care and rehabilitation aims to promote continuing independence by offering a person-centred approach to encourage everyone to have a fulfilling and enhanced quality of life. The care we provide can be short term respite, permanent or day care and is provided by a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists and a large care team. Our well-equipped facilities include Activate, our disabled access gym, an ADL therapy kitchen, an IT cafe and other facilities that our Activities Team manage to encourage resident independence.
