At Chaseley we have a team of Therapists with neuro-specialist skills and knowledge who can provide specialist rehabilitation and care for a range of complex neurological conditions including, Acquired Brain Injury, spinal injury, stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone and Parkinson's Disease.
Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and therapy assistants are able to assess and identity individuals needs, as well as how neurological conditions have an impact on day to day life. We work with the client to create a treatment plan, whether that be rehabilitation, prevention of deterioration, improving quality of life or advice on managing the condition and each plan is focused around each individual's needs and goals with a person-centred approach.

Our Physio team can help you with any physical movement including balance, strength and coordination and our therapists also have specialist skills in postural assessment and management.
Our Occupational Therapy team are able to assess how both physical and/or cognitive impairments may affect a clients ability to carry out daily tasks such as self care, meal prep, accessing the community, hobbies and socialisation. We can also provide focused cognitive and upper limb rehabilitation.
