The Chaseley Trust are currently looking to recruit an experienced Physiotherapist to assist our Residents and visiting Service Users at our Nursing Home, located on Eastbourne Seafront. We specialise in supporting people who have varying levels of neurological physiotherapy needs, requirements and specialist interventions linked to severe and progressive physical disabilities, progressive conditions or acquired brain injuries. We provide Residential or Day Care interventions to rehabilitate and promote independence as much as is possible. We are now looking for a Physiotherapist to help develop, run and grow our Therapy Services, located within our fully equipped Disabled Accessible Gym. This is an exciting post that as well as providing clinical input also encompasses line management of a team of Staff who run the Gym, Therapy and Occupational Therapy services.
As a fully qualified Physiotherapist you will have experienced and be used to handling a range of complex clinical cases, and well used to conducting assessments, implementations and associated record keeping to help deliver a wide range of physiotherapy services. We aim to provide the highest levels of support and care in accordance with all expected standards and this service forms part of our overall Nursing Home team which is made of friendly and highly skilled other Nursing and Management Teams operating as a MDT Team approach across all areas of the Home.
We are a flexible employer and may consider for the right candidate the opportunity to work full or part time. Salary is negotiable in line with Band 6 pay scale principles, appointed in accordance with levels of experience previously obtained.
